Picture Perfect Framing - Week 4

One week down and the frame is nearly up! I think this has been the most exciting part so far. The slab was good but now I can see real rooms and our house plan in 3 dimensions which we've never seen before!

Down the street our house looks like this:

I have no idea which part of the house this is, but look: frame!

From the kitchen looking at the "alfresco". The corner post is a bit of an anomaly, it's not supposed to be there on the plans so we're wondering if this will be removed when the doors are installed...

In the next week we're able to go on site and add any "noggins" if we want to put heavy things on the wall and it will be interesting to hear from the site supervisor about how it is all going from his point of view. It's interesting that we now have a fence too!
