From little things, big things grow.

We've gained a tree for our front yard -

 

I have great hopes that one day it will look like the other trees in this area:

but I doubt that our tree is in fact a Red River Gum. It's a rather nice tree though.

Some houses in the estate are going up which is a good sign that things are happening. None of them belong to our builder though, which suggests that some take longer than others. The main ones faster than us are Simonds homes, although given the way that we understand they manage their contract process I'm not surprised.

When you visit, make sure you:

  of the enormous median strip on our street. I at least hope the builders do.
